Running Progress!

I’m getting there! I actually ran over 6km last night!

I’m finding it really useful to use my Nike+ watch and the shoe pod during my indoor runs to track my progress. There’s also a ton of great fitness and track apps out there that don’t cost anything, either!

But, this is by far the longest I’ve EVER run before and it it feels GREAT.
